MEET TOM

My introduction into home remodeling and construction began when I was a young teenager laboring for my brother-in-laws, who were experienced tradesmen.

I was always fascinated with the
build process and would always ask questions to learn more. As I
got older my love for construction grew when my wife and I bought our first house 30 years ago. I fell in love with the design and construction aspect of home remodeling and challenged myself to
have people think an experienced professional did the work.

What I didn’t know about remodeling, I learned through reading books, researching online, watching videos, and talking with experienced
contractors.

From my successes in my own projects, more and more people asked me to help them with their home repairs. I get the most satisfaction when I can fix a problem someone else has created. To quote famous contractor Mike Holmes (HGTV), I always strive to “make it right the first time”.

My attention to detail was also honed in my 32 years in the mechanical engineering and project management fields.

As a trained licensed home inspector, I am diligent to make sure projects are completed correctly, per state codes.

My main goal is to make the customer totally satisfied with the
work I do and make them feel they got their money's worth when the job is complete.

MEET TODD

I've always been intrigued by how things were built and operated. Growing up in a small, rural community there was
never a shortage of items to foster this interest. These childhood curiosities brought me to a career in mechanical and
electrical engineering that spanned over 25 years. I led complex projects that included all aspects from budgeting, technical design, troubleshooting, and I even accumulated a few patents.
I've chosen to build upon my past experiences and pursue a new career path that combines my technical and creative skills with a remodeling and construction business.

I love the complexity of remodeling and construction projects, everything from initial collaboration and design to all
the hands-on elements. My goal is to creatively and effectively take a client’s wishes and turn them into a structurally sound and functional design. I approach every project as if it were my own home and love seeing a project go from the client’s vision
into a reality.

Woodworking has always been a hobby but has now become my passion. I specialize in working with hard and exotic woods
that result in a product that can last for generations. Custom furniture is my specialty; including dining tables, built-ins, cabinets, and outdoor furniture. With smaller projects, I enjoy making items like cutting and charcuterie boards, frames,
shelves, flags, and CNC-cut custom signs, which include home and holiday themes to business logos.

On a personal note, I've been married to Stephanie for 30+ years and we have 3 amazing children. Throughout my career I
have been supported and encouraged by my family.
